Since 2019, Rosie has been coaching clients one-on-one, guiding them to achieve weight loss, build muscle, and embrace healthier lifestyles. Her expertise shines through her impressive competitive background, having placed in the Top 3 of three Women’s Figure shows and earning 2nd place in Women’s Bodybuilding.
Rosie’s journey is fueled by her own triumphs. By committing to fitness and nutrition, she overcame high blood pressure, depression, and diabetes, proving firsthand the power of a healthy lifestyle.
In addition to personalized coaching, Rosie offers bootcamp-style group training every Tuesday and Thursday at 6 PM at Galveston Hardknox Gym, creating an energetic and supportive environment. She also provides meal prep services, ensuring her clients have the tools they need for success.

Known for his unwavering dedication, he tailors every program to his clients’ unique needs, going above and beyond to ensure their success. Through his partnership with Newgen Nutrition Nonprofit and Galveston Hardknox Gym, Shane not only helps clients transform their bodies but also impacts lives on a deeper level.
